Shipping and Payment Policy

Due to COVID restrictions and delay in services, we aim to ship our products within 48 hours of the order date. 

Our estimated delivery dates include standard shipping as 3-5 days and expedited shipping as 2-3 days.

If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will first be asked to enter your personal information and credit card number. These will then be transmitted to the payment processor via a secure connection. The agreed amount is charged to your credit card.

The other form of payment includesPayPal which is an easy and safe way to pay for your purchases - without entering your banking information or credit card number, because your information is stored in your PayPal account. All you need to do is set up a PayPal account.

Return & Exchange Policy

You are allowed to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

*Items returned in non-sellable condition such as -

     •    Unsealed
     •    Used (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
     •    Relabelled
     •    Refiled
     •    Pierced
     •    Partially missing items

 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately per PayPal policy.
